Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of services from 180 Web Studio.

How to request a refund

Email rohan.chidura@gmail.com with your name, the invoice number (if applicable), and the reason for your request.

Project services (one-time invoices)

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled, because time is reserved and planning begins.
  • No refunds are offered for completed work or for work already performed.
  • If you cancel before any work begins and before scheduling is confirmed, we will refund amounts paid (if any), excluding payment processing fees where applicable.

Maintenance subscriptions (monthly)

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing rohan.chidura@gmail.com.
  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you have a billing question or dispute, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may delay future service.
