These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of services provided by 180 Web Studio(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing services from us or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide web design, web development, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in your proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

Quotes, invoices, and payments

  • Pricing may be provided as a fixed package, a custom quote, or a subscription.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project work requires an upfront deposit to reserve scheduling.
  • Payments may be processed via Stripe. You authorize us (and Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide according to the invoice or subscription terms.

Delivery timeline

Timelines depend on scope and your responsiveness. Delays in receiving required content, approvals, or access (such as domain/DNS or hosting credentials) may extend delivery timelines.

Client responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, required assets/content, and timely feedback.
  • Ensure you have rights to any materials you provide (logos, images, copy, etc.).

Refunds & cancellations

Our refund and cancellation terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Subscription cancellations

If you have a maintenance subscription, you may cancel by emailing rohan.chidura@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain ownership of our tools, templates, and pre-existing materials. Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered website assets for your business.

Warranty disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim for quality and reliability, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 180 Web Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
